Ruud gem gets Dukes 6-0 win, 2-0 lead over Red Wing
AUGUST 8, 2010 - RED WING, Minn.  - Charlie Ruud threw a three-hit shutout to lead Dundas to a 6-0 win on Sunday night to give the Dukes a 2-0 lead over Red Wing in the best-of-five series. Ruud struck out 10, walked three and worked himself out of a bases loaded jam in the seventh to get his 11th (11-2) win of the season.

Carson Jones went 2-for-5 with a homer and Tyler Jones 2-for-4 with two RBIs for Dundas. Mike Ludwig added a 2-for-5 effort with two runs.

Dundas will try to clinch the series on Wednesday night when it hosts game three at 8 p.m.
