AS A DUKE
Is in 12th season with Dukes in 2010... Helped team to state title as centerfielder in 1999 and runner up finishes in 2003 and 2008... Was named to the 2008 State All-Tournament Team. 

AMATEUR
Started his amateur career in 1982 with Savage Pacers... Also spent time with Burnsville Blues, Eagan Bulls and Burnsville Bobcats before joining Dukes in late 90's.

AT ORAL ROBERTS UNIVERSITY
Was a four-time letterwinner... Was an All-West Region in final season... Team made to regional finale, losing to eventual national champion Stanford... Batted in the third spot in senior season, hitting .360... Teamed with six future major leaguers at ORU and played against others including Jack McDowell, Bobby Witt, Andy Benes, Ben McDonald, Robin Ventura, Ed Sprague, Jeff King and John Olerud. 

AT APPLE VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL
Is a member of school's athletic Hall of Fame... Was named team MVP in each of final two seasons... Led sqaud in almost every offensive category as a junior and senior, hitting over .400 in each.
